We collect the following personal information: From website visitors: name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of enquiry or demo request forms. From platform users: name, employer details, job role, competency evidence (photos, notes, GPS coordinates, signatures), work history within the platform, and device/usage data. Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site via analytics tools (Vercel Analytics).

We use your personal information to: - Respond to demo requests and sales enquiries - Provide and operate the OpsIQ platform - Generate and store digital job cards and portfolios of evidence - Send account-related notifications and updates - Improve our products and services - Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted by Vercel (marketing website) and Microsoft Azure / Railway (platform backend). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We apply role-based access controls so only authorised personnel can access personal information. Platform data is isolated per organisation using row-level security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions: 2 years Platform user data: For the duration of the client subscription plus 3 years Evidence portfolios: As specified in the client service agreement (typically 5 years for compliance purposes)
